Returns     •    Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.     •    All returns must be made in person at our physical store, located at: 1121 Broadway, Burlingame CA.     •    To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Refunds     •    Once the returned product is inspected and approved, we will process your refund.     •    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.     •    Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

• For customers within the Bay Area, we offer an optional delivery service at a flat fee of $30 per order.
